All Sales Are Final

At Jane and Renée, every item is Final Sale. Due to the nature of our products, including vintage, one-of-a-kind, and limited-quantity items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed.

Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and images carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about an item’s condition, size, or details, we encourage you to contact us at support@janeandrenee.com prior to ordering.

Order Cancellations

Your order is important to us, and we’re getting it ready as fast as we can. Once it’s processed, we can’t promise we’ll be able to cancel it, but we will try our best! If you need to cancel, please email us right away at support@janeandrenee.com with your order number, and we’ll see what we can do.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in inspecting and packaging all items before shipment. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@janeandrenee.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, determine an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Issues and Lost Packages

Once your order has shipped and tracking information has been provided, Jane & Renée is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. To help protect your delivery, we offer the option to require a signature at checkout. If Signature Required is selected and there is an issue with delivery, please contact us for assistance. We recommend enabling Signature Required to help ensure your order is delivered securely.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
