ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPMENT

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout, and tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for orders to be processed.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

We work with a third-party team to help protect shipments. At checkout, we make it optional to add Shipping Protection.

If you didn’t add it and your package was lost or stolen, we’re not held liable.

If you did purchase protection, please contact us at support@janeandrenee.com and we’ll help you file a claim.

RETURN POLICY

All vintage items are final sale. No exchanges or refunds.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Your order is important to us, and we’re getting it ready as fast as we can. Once it’s processed, we can’t promise we’ll be able to cancel it, but we will try our best! If you need to cancel, please email us right away at support@janeandrenee.com with your order number, and we’ll see what we can do.

FIT, SIZING, AND CONDITION

Each vintage piece comes with detailed notes on sizing, fit, and any important condition details. Since vintage sizing can differ from standard sizing, we recommend reading each description carefully. If you’re unsure about the fit, we’re always happy to help, just reach out before purchasing.

AUTHENTICATION

All items are sourced from trusted third parties and authenticated by our team.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through Shopify.

When making a purchase, you may be asked to provide billing and shipping details, including your credit card number and expiration date.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

You also authorize janeandrenee.com to share this information with trusted third-party partners (such as Shopify) for the sole purpose of completing your transaction. In some cases, verification may be required before your order is processed.
