Jane and Renee was founded in 2025 by two sisters during a pivotal chapter in their Saturn return. One of us traded a 9-to-5 for a new life traveling full-time, while the other moved to NYC, only to be laid off soon after. In the midst of change, we turned to our lifelong love for second hand fashion and created Jane and Renée.

A name honoring our grandmothers, Janice and Irene, whose names we also carry as our middle names. This brand is a tribute to the women who came before us and the ancestral knowledge they’ve passed down. Every piece we source carries a thread of their strength, elegance, and timeless style into the present day. Reminding us that fashion can be crafted from what already exists, honoring the art of slow and sustainable fashion.
